V. V poor condition of the room. Dirty sheets which was later changed on complaint. Towels soap not provided later given on request. The reception guy, the manager to the staffs all are v rude. No hot water available .when asked to staff they asked us to acquire it from a common geyser by ourselves .current back up not there. .Socket for charging damaged. Had to stay in room for night since I needed to stay near station. But these people think it as people's disadvantage and do whatever they please. I had planned to stay half a day longer but leaving the room and putting my luggage in Railway cloak room and waiting there which seems a far better option. I would have preferred to give a point of 'zero' which option is not available .

Rooms are not at all in a 'livable condition'. TV was damaged, toilet & bathroom was all dirty and smelling and the jet was not working, the rugs were all soggy and wet, none of the power sockets worked(there were 3), the staff was rude and refused to help out. Need I say more?
Avoid this at all costs.
