The ambience is very nice when you enter the hotel . When you visit the restaurant you should probably go for a buffet as they have a wide variety for you and that will denfitely make your tummy happy. Veg buffet is for 600 bucks and non veg is for 700 bucks . The service is also good if you there are polite there is also live music playing . You can have both lunch and dinner here but usually it is crowded by the people that have booked the room.
It is less crowded and a good place to hangout with your family.

Great place to stay at Indore. No complaints whatsoever. Breakfast spread and quality was really good. Rooms are quite comfortably sized. Very helpful staff.

It loses one star due to...Smaller bathrooms. In sufficient parking (Though valet parking is available), in attentive staff at breakfast...you need to ask for water, cutlery, etc

Value for money for sure.

So starting with the Staff is friendly and very cordial at the reception. They did pay attention to my request about a window room. It's a 4 star property but my major concern is the washroom which lacks an exhaust fan and all day stinks. Though after my complaint they did spary the room freshener but that failed. The hotel needs to look into this matter seriously as the room too starts stinking. Rest the breakfast spread was decent but the staff did not pay atte attention to the empty buffet vessel and had to reminded every minute about refilling or getting particular dish. The tea was cold. If u charge for breakfast make sure you pay attention. Rest you can stay at Best Western but do try to get a good deal.
