Collected sample and did not provide any report. After contacting the customer support within 3 days, I was asked to wait. But still no report was provided. When contacted again after some days, I was informed that the sample was invalid and need another sample. The test was such that testing after so long of infection detection does not make sense. But still the team is insisting on retesting, and that too, only when I raised issue second time. Yet I have not got any refund for the same.
