I was in Indore to attend a business meeting. On average, I travel twice a month and stay at various classes of hotels in different cities. I chose this hotel because it is located in a business district and right across my meeting venue. I stayed in their superior room no. 202. Apart from this type of room, only one suite is there but is under renovation now. Though the hotel is situated on a arterial and busy road, rooms are remarkably quite.
Their check in time is 12 pm and check out time is 10 am. I reached the hotel at around 8:00 am and they arranged to provide me a room by 8:15 am without charging anything extra.
The room was not very large with only a small window with not so great view. Rooms, linens and towels are clean and changed daily. Tea & coffee maker was available in the room. Toiletries were limited to shower gel, shampoo & body lotion and were not branded. Only one towel is provided and you have to ask the room service if you require more towels. A geyser is installed for hot water. Food is served in the room as well as in their restaurant on the ground floor. I didn't have lunch or dinner but had their complimentary breakfast at the restaurant. The buffet spread is mostly vegetarian but boiled eggs are served. There is no live kitchen.
The staff is very cordial and helpful.
There are many restaurants within walking distance of this hotel. There is no private parking in this hotel.
I will recommend this hotel if you are on a short business trip and you require a decent place for a good night's sleep in a reasonable tariff of around ₹ 3000/- including taxes & breakfast.

It was a perfect place in city for stay. Staff was very cooperative. Cafe at ground floor was superb. And Roof top Restaurant Flames ambiance was very nice. If you are planning to come Indore, must visit Alba Premier Hotel.

Rooms Lenin's were dirty although they were cleaned when I raised a complain.
Morning breakfast quality is good, but very compact sitting area and no space to move and always crowded.
Staff is not at all proffessional and after continuous follow ups support was extended.
Location is awesome and full marks for that.
