I suffered with spinal disc herniation which travelled to my left leg and it was extremely painful, I was not able to sit or walk for more than 5 mins when I first walked in. Shruti treated me in such a way that I felt huge relief in the leg pain in the first week itself. Along with the therapy, she included the strength training program which gave me back my mobility. The physical exercises she provided everyday helped me recover sooner than expected. Daily massages, ultrasound techniques and steam heat pads are a bonus. She also provided dry needling acupressure and had an eye on the overall movement of the muscles. Not to forget the daily updates she takes before starting the session to understand the state of the patient and the sensitive area, she comes with great knowledge and a very helpful team. Surprisingly great hygiene at the place. Extremely satisfied and happy with her service. Will recommend to anyone who is suffering from any kind of muscular pain or injury.
