Food and service is horrible. Quality of food is pathetic. They use substandard food indigrends. Oil used is palm oil very bad for health. Milk is not the real milk. Kindly do your due diligence if you are booking. My suggestion is to avoid this hotel for ceremony and parties. Thanks. Yeah they are cheaters, will promise everything while booking and will not provide anything.

It was a displeasure to stay in Golden Palace Hotel at Gwalior from 29th APR to 1st May,23!
Discourteos staff begining with reception!Uncontrolled uncouth staff!
Pathetic room service & upkeep of the rooms!You hv to repeatedly beg for even mineral water!
There was no geyser in washroom & even post bath water was not draining out!
Despite asking upteem times for AC
remote,it was not provided!
No Mgr was available in the hotel!
Risky lift!
I would never recommend this hotel to anybody!

Overall good room but there is a power fluctuation issue apart from this everything is fyn behaviour of each staff is very polite and cooperative staffs really happy about your services, thanks to make my trip easy
