We (both senior citizens) booked a room on the second floor for 2 days on 5.6.23. At 8 pm (see the time)manager called us and asked us to change the room for the reason better known to him. One employee came to us and told us because of the marriage of minister's daughter marriage they need our room for his crew and showed us a room in 4th floor which was very very hot, suffocating and not cleaned for long. I felt like vomiting after entering the room. When we refused to change, the manager asked to vacate the room next day and check out over phone.
He didn't even came to our room. Though we refused to do either to the employee, but then decided to check out next day.
The manager was very rude to us. Though employees and receptionist said sorry but we had a horrible experience.
Further there was no one to receive you at the hotel. Go straight to reception. It's difficult to park and take out your car from the very congested parking they provide.
Wait atleast for half an hour for tea in your room. No kettle. During breakfast they serve tea in plastic coated paper cups and water in very thin plastic glass.

Pathetic Stay
1. Room That was allocated to Me was not at all clean after asking 2-3 Times same was got Clean.
2. Due to Some Marriage Function in Hotel i have been forced to take my Breakfast before 9:30 AM , And for the same i have been informed at 9:00 AM , to come and have breakfast we have Breakfast till 9:30 Only due to post marriage function.
3. I have been asked to do early Checkout as the room need to be given to the marriage function
4. No hot Water in the room (where the temperature is 8 celcius)
never had such disgusting and pathetic experience
and More over the receptionist are not responding to my words when i am explaining things to him
will never suggest anyone to visit this hotel
if you are taking booking for any marriage then don't take other bookings

The rooms were clean very comfortable. food and service also good.
