It was a nice room for the price. Most of the things were working and room service was also good and staff was polite, but the fan speed control was not working properly. Overall it was a good room for the price.
Polite staff respects your privacy and the room has a nice view from the window.

This hotel 3-4 kms from railway station... public transport available...or can book private auto. Hotel's room are in good condition... clean... hotel staff is helpful...for room service there is extra charge or you can take all these services because,this hotel is in public area. The hotel is at calm place. AC,TV, MINERAL WATER AND OTHER FACILITIES will be given.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just near the gwalior fort. But it doesn't have any restaurant facility, when asked about fooding they told me to order on zomato and swiggy. The backdoor lock was broken so I couldn't lock the door. In the toilet jet spray line was not there, and the bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. No soap or shampoo was provided despite I selected delux AC room. TV was there but no channel subscription was enabled. In the check out morning they started calling me to check out, and kept me standing in front of reception to check the room if everything is in order. For two days no room service was done and the waste bin was full.
