My mother had a surgery today i.e., on 02/10/2022. Dr. Achal Gupta is a surgeon. Operation went well, though(according to the doctor) but the facilities and the cleanliness is the reason I am giving this hospital a single star. I.C.U. doesn't seems like a serious place. Sleepers are allowed, speaking aloud is allowed, more than one attendent for the patients are allowed. Zero stars for hygiene.

Counter staff is very rood.. How attenders arrenging money ? They don't care and crying on attenders ??? Counter staff don't know how to talk to customer.

However Dr is very polite and supportive with high lable of experience, giving services with nominal amount.

Nice hospital and Dr Anupam Gupta is best Ortho surgeon in Gwalior and operation cost is low than others hospitals I recommend try sm hospital if you visit Gwalior for treatment of bone related trauma and others bone related problems thanks ????
