Extremely horrible experience!
Been to some of the most finest spa’s around the globe, but the arrogance that this spa carries is exceptional! The world of Parijat Gwalior Spa is highly delusional! I was gifted body spa services by a friend and entire Amount was already paid in advance. But due to work and travel schedule I cannot make it on the date appointed. Due to work I politely asked to kindly shift the service for Sunday evening as it is the only time I can get free early from work. But sadly they insisted for weekday only even though I literally begged and explained them that it would be tough for me to be on time on weekdays. She refused to entertain and I had to forcefully say yes to them for another appointment on weekday. Even while leaving i again asked the people working there if they could accommodate me for weekend.

On the day rescheduled which was another weekday, I got late and the staff bluntly refused for spa services.

I don’t know what attitude this spa folks carries! If The humble request of ours to shift the services booked for which amount was already paid in advance was too tough for them, I really wonder how they would be treating other clients.

The bubble in which they live is about to burst soon. Requesting final time to refund the amount which was paid at the time of booking for providing services to your client is naturally not your forte. Waiting for your response. ????

Families can visit this place , it is still one of the very few spa in gwalior where you expect to get good "only" massage and relax. The gym attached to it has old machinery and is located inside dd mall old mall and the first mall of gwalior on the third floor.gym cannot be the option but spa can.charges are ok .

Over priced for hygiene standards..dirty lenin and sub standard bath essentials provided.
Masseuses was good but too introvert with no courtesy.
Sorry, but had better expectations.
Improve for your own good and revenue.
