This place is beautiful and big area and here be update and apply new document from, there are so many dipartment to solve documentation problem like income certificate,caste certificate, aadhar card, and much more

Government of MP envisaged to provide one stop center for citizens to get certificates/routine queries solved.
However much benevolent in its intent it's success depends on official employed at ground. For this reason, law is becoming a failure.
Went there on weekday for certificate, people sitting there expects you to only handover full docs to them and they're not in a mood to provide any information to you. After working for 15mins in front of me they cited server malfunctioning around 2pm and everyone went out of the office and asked citizens to come tomorrow.

Biggest issue with administration is disconnect between citizens and official and foster child behaviour towards citizens.
