The hotel is good, the rooms are classy but the staff needs to be a bit more professional. Moreover, the restaurant of the hotel is 'pure vegetarian' and you can't even get an omelette for breakfast.

Hotel Suruchi Gwalior is a true gem in the heart of the city. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible.
The rooms at Hotel Suruchi Gwalior are spacious and beautifully decorated, with modern amenities and comfortable beds. The views from the rooms are breathtaking, with panoramic views of the city. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, with complimentary toiletries provided.
The hotel's restaurant, Suruchi, serves delicious Indian cuisine. The food is cooked to perfection and the flavors are amazing. The staff were happy to make recommendations and were happy to cater to any dietary requirements.
