Most overpriced bus service in Indore. I live in Guna which is around 270 kilometers from Indore, when I asked the price of seat (at their office), they said the price was 850 and I booked the same bus on paytm at rs 405 only. But on the other hand, their bus quality is still very fair. And if you want to travel by this bus service, then try to book your seats from online websites like paytm, mmt, etc so that you could find their bus at some reasonable price.

I boarded Hans travels bus today morning at 2:15 AM from Guna to go to Delhi. The condition of bus was pathetic. It was too dirty and unhygienic. Bed sheets, pillow and blankets were used and stinking. Bus never comes on time. Today I felt like I have been cheated and wasted Rs 4000/- for three seats

I booked the ticket from Guna to indore at 3:55am on 28th September but they cancelled it and shifted it to 3:15am Bus then they messaged that Bus is delayed for one hour but actually it came Guna at 7 am and I have to reach indore at 11 but they have so pathetic service as well as there is no refund for this will never travel with th anywhere.
