DTDC is known as premium courier services, but the service provider here are so bad. When we call them to inquire about our package they simply deny and ask us to track them online. My Parcel reached delivery location 2 days before but they refuse to provide delivery at the given address saying we have high number of packages and you might have to come and collect it from the office. Totally waste of money, dissatisfied.

Make a fraud with customers, without delivery they show delivered status, shuch a worst staff there after show delivered status I visited office than they sad the man on way to delivery your courier will deliver shortly. But he didn't delivered. Fake people are making this types of services.
