I don't have a problem with the taste, but today I will share my experience. Their employees are not professional they are very rude they don't even answer properly, i was asking for mother india chhena & they were saying jo h vahi mother india h lena h toh bolo & i knew how mother india look like.. the reason maybe because banarsi sweet is very sweet shop of chhindwara they have 2 branches also so they have become arrogant (jab dukan zyada chalti h toh ghamannd aa jata h). Taste is all good they have maintained the quality till now.

Customer service needs to be improve and the owner should be polite for everyone
