I am a 62+ Solo Backpacker style budget traveller. So this nice budget hotel at prime location just 500m from bus stand served my purpose well. Attention to minor details for guest requirements is really appreciable.

Both AC/Non & AC room avl. Front/Road side rooms with western type & rear side rooms with indian type attached toilet. Jet spray (health faucet) provided with hose. Hot water avl. Towel n soap provided. RO water provided on demand. Cable TV avl with LG Flat TV. CCTV Surveillance scl for staircase. Hotel hate closes at night. So no safety concern. G+4 building - No lift. Common area and lounge clean.

14x8 Room is adequate for movement and luggage space. Wall loft avl to keep extra luggage. 3 adults can easily sleep on Large Double bed. No space for extra mattress on floor. Clean bed sheet and window curtain.

No mosquito seen but Goodknight given. Bathroom slipper provided. Wall mounted dressing mirror with shelf. Wash basin at small balcony.

3 charging point given on head side of bed at convenient location. Dustbin provided. No in-house restaurant but many food options avl nearby.

Both the Hotel manager and room service person are soft spoken, well mannered person.

Special Mention : Owner's brother Mujeeb bhai runs a cycle shop at GF. Ge is an excellent person. I left my jacket and umbrella at room and went to Mortakka. As per my request he send it thru his rep who was going to Indore next day by bus. I stood on road at designated time and place and collected it. I sincerely appreciate his good gesture.

Absolutely satisfied with my 2 night stay hence given 5* considering all aspects as mentioned above.

Nice budget hotel at prime location (just 500m from bus stand) with all facilities @ 500+ for single person Non AC Deluxe room. Many food options nearby. Hotel manager and owner is excellent person. RO water provided on demand. Road side rooms with western type and rear side rooms with indian type attached toilet. Room space is sufficient, wide bed, clean linen.

Hotel is at very good location, owner is good in nature,only thing lacks is no veg restaurant nearby.
