RFC is fun masti dhamal with zumba ,aerobics, workout and floor exercises.......
Masti masti mei fitness banana is the essence of RFC.
Richa is a person who pushes you to perform at your best....
Her exercise count only knows few numbers 200 ,300 or 400
I appreciate Richa for putting her time and dedication. She is a fitness fanatic.
