Had amazing experience here Salman and Shivani are two people whom i have interacted and bought the stuff.. They were honest and guided me well.. Overall an amazing experience.

The staff in the store never gives a warm vibe whenever I visited the store. During the time when I was browsing in the store , bobbi brown concealer tester was slipped from my hand by mistake after that the way Miss.geeanjali treated me n my mother was far from words. She forced us to pay for tester , she asked for ID proof as if we have committed a crime, she told us agar ache se hold karte tho ye girta nhi in a insulting tone and what not.

Product can slip from any ones hand whether customer or employee but no one gets a treatment the way nykaa luxe store treated us.

As told in earlier reviews, you really need to groom your female staff.They are full of attitude and rude behaviour as if they themselves are the owners.

I am very very disappointed with Nykaa Luxe Bhopal. I go often to Nykaa Indore TI as well as C21 mall. They are very polite and helpful. But Nykaa Bhopal strives to sell you only foreign luxury brands even if u ask for Nykaa original products. The female staff is especially very cunning. I asked for Nykaa mini perfume which was just kept beside the billing counter they started fooling me so that I would buy some other brand's large perfume with which they will give small travel types as a gift. They are literally the worst staff ever. No one will misbehave no one will be personally rude, but they have no knowledge of the products they themselves have and will rather just try to fool you by maximizing profit. I mean it's a Luxury segment no doubt. But staff lying about availability of products just to maximize profit that is very high level of unprofessional approach and not a very consumer friendly attitude. Just be smart when u buy here check the product code sincerely because they also gave my sis wrong lipstick too, by God's grace we checked just before paying n it was changed. So like products are awesome with not so great staff.
