Very bad service

And sound is not working

Staff behavior good and supportive ,truly honest staff members and genuine service by service center

Staff is friendly and informative but service is poor. They simply said motherboard needs to be replaced after keeping the phone for one day when I just wanted to replace the battery. Later I went to another service center and they replaced the battery simply and now the phone works fine.
Conclusion: They don't even check your phone. They'll ask you to simply pay for costliest part.
