My review is mainly for the builder, not for the society. Society seems fine, not sure of the building quality because even the drawing room wall is very thin. Received calls and reminder on daily basis initially when we contacted, but after negotiations, when asked the builder to whether confirm the price or not, I had to keep waiting for 1 week and then call myself.
So, it seems that the builder is interested in grabbing buyers and once he takes the money, it gets stuck, and there is no one to listen to the buyer.
Not purchasing property myself, but just reviewing on the basis of builder's behaviour and site visit.

Best place I have meant to meet my person there ,it is the richest place in the surrounding. There is a nice road for car parking and route. There is a provisional store in the entrance.In Bhopal it is one of the best place to have peaceful home except it is outer from the Central City. Builder and other staffs are very committed.
