Experience at this hotel was ok-ok, not so good & not so bad. One can book it if you want a budgeted yet decent hotel to stay for business purpose or holiday.Located in MP Nagar, many things were in easy reach & at walking distance like restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlour, sweet shops also Mall, shopping centres/showrooms for different things to buy. And it's easy to tell someone location of the hotel.Room was small but decent. Dint try food here, only ordered Hakka noodles once but not satisfactory.I booked a deluxe room on 1st day & room provided was very small as compared to pictures mentioned but hotel staff said it's the biggest deluxe room. And on the contrary, I booked Standard Room on the 2nd day and it was showing the same room I was staying. For same room under different categories I paid for 1st day & for 2nd day.Don't know if was showing wrong or hotel staff was doing wrong. Hotel staff said has mentioned those photos of deluxe room mistakenly.Room was nice, a double bed (good quality), coffee maker, single wardrobe, TV, 2 chairs & tea table.There was no fridge in the room and that's a negative point.Bathroom was clean but small in size, like when you sit on the seat you'll face wall just next to your face.Room service was ok, sometimes I had to call twice for many things to reception.Some necessary items you'll have to ask for, like dental kit/toothpaste, towel.They still use old school lift instead of automatic one, so every time you'll have close "2 doors".As a business traveller experience was good.

Booked reva regency for my son’s first birthday party. All things from arrangement, service rooms and specially food was very good. A very nice place for parties. Very supporting management and staff. Thanks for making our birthday party memorable.
