My first experience was good but second once was very disappointing. I had family function there and it was totally ruined. Previous manager was good but the new manager don't know how to manage a party. The decoration was costly and very poor even the photographer can't capture pictures properly due to light effects. I asked manager to change the light but he didn't put any efforts on that he switched of the lights. They changed the some menu items without our consent. And we have planned a surprise for our parents but at the moment their projector was not working that was very embarrassing moment for us. I asked manager to connect projector but instead of resolving the problem he was asking me to bring my own laptop for the connect with projector. Later he arranged the laptop but that was also not working and when almost all guests left the venue than projector and their laptop started working, at that time all this become useless because the surprise was totally ruined. The manager didn't handled any department properly. I am totally disappointed. Food was good but it can't change my experience. It is very costly hotel with horrible service.

Staff behaviour is very rude..reached the hotel around 6:15 PM after a long journey and then the staff says checkout at 7 AM because they have a booking for wedding. In this case, shouldn't they just not take the booking? They made me wait for 45 mins just to give a room and even said cancel booking if that cant be done.

Staff behavior is not good, specially the banquet manager. He is unable to manage the things properly. It seems that they don't bother about guests.
