Worst store in whopal to buy watches from. First of all the staff is just outright rude and unprofessional. I bloody buy a 40-50 k watch from the store and when i come there to get a new strap after accidently damaging the old one, the first thing the ask me is to show a proof that i bought it from there store. Even after that they dont provide the item saying that we have forwarded the mail to the company but havent got any reply.

Very bad sales
Very poor services
I gave them a watch for repair and they said they will give me back my watch in 10-15 days but then i called them in 25 days , they said that the watch has been delivered to service centre just 1 week back.

I have to call them 5 times for the reciept
Very poor customer intereaction

Place is good place for buying watches but I would rather suggest you to buy watches from online site's you'll have good deal.
