Waste of money, time and energy. They provide you 2 glasses of horrible shakes and call it “breakfast”. Puts you in calorie deficit state and call it “weight loss”.
Therefore, this is weight loss with no exercise.. be careful if you join it. you will also lose your muscle mass and essential nutrients. Better have a balanced diet and do 1 hour exercise. Don’t fall in such traps. They are not doctors/ healthcare workers so they are misguiding public in name of fitness.
