City Bike Rental Services (Bike on Rent)

Good to have such service in Bhopal as it gives so much flexibility to people like us who want to explore places on their own with depending on someone. Cheers to City Bike Rental Services for that and overall I'm thankful and satisfied with their services. However I've one suggestion, these bikes are driven for long distances and by different types of riders, hence they require more frequent servicing than any normal bike. I hope the owner also agrees and will try to see to it. As for the bike I was riding, the front tyre was worn out and there seemed to be leakage from both the tyres.

Service is good, bike condition also good but I think they can reduce some rental charges.

It was an okay experience i would say, I have had better.

Good-
- A good range of options for bikes and scooters.
- Can get a bike as early as 7.30 in the morning
- Staff is trained for quick processing. Took me 10 mins to get a bike ready to go.

Cons-
- There is a limit of 120kms that you can ride per day which is weird.
- No fuel refunds or adjustments even if you gave them back a full tank. I gave them a half tank hence saying, but they informed in the beginning so I guess it is fine.
- First scooter given to me was a bit more consumed and old, when asked for the newer models they said it will be a bit more expensive to which i agreed but later on said it is not available. Plus the scooter that was a bit better compared to first, also had a weird vibration going on at the front wheel base, when asked about it the guy said its fine they know about it. I think these bikes need a bit more care than they are getting.
- Also the guys at the office don't even know themselves what are the services offered. First guy at the office said Ujjain rental is available, then the guy I returned to said it is not. Plus if you rent a bike why would you have a limit of such low kms on ride, I have driven in Goa, Pune and many more no such issues there.
- There was one specific thing I felt like a bit pressurising, at the end they were persistent to get a review on google when I returned the bike, one of the guys even took my phone to show me how to do it, So I’d say its an alright experience again not the best.

They take 1k refundable deposit for scooters and an id card for safekeeping, which is fine i suppose.

Though services offered can be definitely improved for longer rides. According to the last guy i met there, there is only one long ride offered at the moment that is for Bhimbedka so yeah maybe get your options calculated.
