The staff is very unprofessional and they sell old things in the price of new. If you are planning to buy games - go for gamenation and other websites. There you can find gaming consoles for 10-12k which Cex sell for 18k.

I bought xbox s 1 TB for 18k and when I went to resell it after 2 week, they offered me 10k. This is very unfair. Price can’t downgrade so quickly.

I’d never recommend anyone to buy gaming consoles.

Forgot to mention that - I bought the game from your store two week ago. I wonder how quickly demand, supply and other factors can change ????

This store is good if you are getting a good deal otherwise they are selling second or third hand products in the rate of almost new

Very unprofessional employee I go to sell my iphone and the person first check iphone and told that you will get I am ok with that and I
agree to sell my iphone after that all documents sign by me and told me that you will get your payment within 48 hours I agree and after that the person told me you have to erase all data and I am using e sim so you have to delete e sim.
I have done all things after that he told me you have to wait we have to done testing of iphone and after testing he told me that your earpiece of iphone voice is not coming properly I said no I am using daily its fine but he deny and said sorry we cannot take your phone. I said if you want to test the iphone you have to do firstly after that you erase my data and esim deletion the person in the store said nothing and said you can go we cannot take your phone and also he broke my tempered glass also this type of pathetic service.
I recommend not to go this store you because they don’t know how to deal with customer.
