Rooms are quite spacious. Good location in zone-2 MP Nagar. You can choose if you want a budget hotel.

Worst experience I've ever had in my life.. there were cockroaches all around.. dust full of windows and blankets too .. and i can't explain their washroom conditions .. they take 1500 still no power backup and no wifi.. no refrigeration no tv recharges.. .. it's feels kinda more lodge than a hotel..

I booked this Hotel from OYO and specifically mentioned while booking that I need to check in at 9 in the morning on which OYO agent told me that he has informed the Hotel manager and they will allow check in with some early check in charges(0 to 30% of your booking amount) however when reached hotel , the hotel staff asked for the early check in charges more then what I had been told.
As per the OYO between 10 Am to 12 PM is complimentary check in but hotel has their own check in timing at 11 Am and you have to argue with them to check in at 10.

Coming to the Hotel room experience.

Room walls are not at all maintained, lighting in room are so dull that you will feel like your are in a cave.

Bedsheets were not clean and had multiple stains

Red cousin were not washed.

Bathroom is small and has old Taps with slow running water.

Bathroom showers is of no us.

Only thing which I found good was their food ( though it was too oily) but taste was good.

Out of this bad experience, I would say its a total miscommunication between the hotel and OYO which eventually makes customers suffer from it.
