Decided to take delivery by myself today. When I reached the location I was appalled to see the location of the kitchen. It’s in a terribly dirty and unhygienic place. A plastic curtain is all that separates the kitchen from the surroundings. When I peeked into the kitchen it was so very unhygienic.
A diseased dog was just lying outside.
Waste was littered just outside.
Order at your own risk.

Pathetic Management…. Taste is good - but this will not lead to a better tomorrow if the delivery take more than the given time. The time you guys take to deliver & do a add on delay … i can cook the same at my house in that given time or step out and have it by my own.

I got my order on time. It was super fresh and hot. Special mention to the packaging which was splendid & made me savored the whole order with my eyes first!

My order had Paneer biryani, Dal nizami, ulte tawe ka parantha and Double ka meetha. Experience with Biryani at home was great and Thanks to the guy who delivered it because he instructed us well in advance about the usage of AANCH which was accompanied with the order and the condiments which were at the bottom of the Handi. Paneer chunks in the biryani were also in good quantity. Daal nizami was super creamy and yumm & The dessert was bang on! The bread had the right amount of sweetness in it and the khoya Rabdi on top complemented it perfectly.

Salan, salads and chutney were also very nicely and hygienically packed.

Given the quantity, quality and the convenience of heating the biryani on aanch it's a great option to order from this place for family/friends gatherings!
