Regular morning and evening classes held at intervals.

Gym facilities can be used with the CrossFit exercises.

One of the best gyms of bhopal .
Regular morning and evening classes held at in tervals.
Cossfit sessions are good in case of strength training good trainers are lacking.
Its a enjoyable to workout out doors and indoor as well.

Great outdoor and indoor fitness areas. Outdoor is especially appealing and practical during the Covid period. Trainers are fully dedicated and know how to deliver their expertise. Have been into cross-fit for past 2 months now and would strongly encourage everyone to go for it for full body workout.
