Excellent service. I took their service to ship my home furniture from Bhopal, M.P. to Bangalore. They have meticulously dismantled and packed the items and picked from my door step and delivered without any damages that too within a couple of days time. During delivery their Bhopal and Bangalore team efficiently coordinated to guide the vehicle to the delivery location and unpacked and reassembled the furniture while placing the items as per my need.
The best part of the experience was that once the package was picked up they provided continuous updates on the status of the package without even the need to follow up. They provide reasonable charges with 80% payment at the time of pickup while the rest to be paid only after the safe and satisfactory delivery of the items.
I would like to mention the effort put by Mr. Kuldeep Singh and his team who had been in continuous contact with me during the transit of the package to provide me with the update on the position of the vehicle carrying the package. He took the extra effort to ensure the delivery of the package as per the scheduled time.
I appreciate the genuine and trustworthy service provided by Balaji packers and movers and would highly recommend them.
