Very ved service staff behaviour very rude untrained staff in service centre.

New oil was not in stock yet scooty ran out of oil and wasted my time.

Some parts not require for my scooter still staff pushing me to change parts.

Over all service is not good.????????

Third Class Suzuki Dealer There is no care for customer i purchase vehicle after Suzuki Personal Interfarence and assurence but dealer cheated me.i saw many bad reviews for this dealer but now i found all true, i writing here after 15 days of vehicle purchase.
Kindly avoid to purchase vehicle from this dealership first they will give you discount when they sell 1000 rs accessories up to 5000 rs to you.
When you know they are selling accessories on higher rates to you they will refund amont like they are benifence to you.
They will take extra amount for registration charges when you ask for details Mr Ritesh will edit exshowroom price in bill and said it is adjusted we are cancelling discount and claiming RTO agent fees to you.
Be aware when purchase vehicle from this dealer.
Its more then 3 months passed still RC not recieved I am continously following up for RC card but still not recieved no support from showroom they peoples are not receiving calls very bad and third class dealer support need RC within week otherwise if challan happend due to lack of documents its will showroom responsiblity i paid extra amount for the RTO agent as said by showroom Mr. JITESH Kindly look into and arrange call back.

I have recently Bought a new scooter from apna Suzuki. their staff is well trained and very supportive staff specially varshika pal Ma'am helped me to find the suitable one for me.
