Just avoid purchasing anything from here.

Six months ago I purchased one Samsung top load Automatic washing machine from NRE Electronics Tirur , since after this purchase, I had to visit their store several times because of the poor washing quality issues of this washing machine.

Every time I approach them, they will call the Samsung service center and book appointment with service. Service can't do anything about bad quality of this Samsung washing machine.

From this experience what I understand about NRE Tirur was

1. Their crook sales team is just interested to sell their products. So don't believe their words about any products.

2. If you purchase any home appliances from NRE Electronics, Don't expect any after sales support from NRE Electronics.

They are just doing Box shifting only.

3. Worst of all, There is no manager or Senior level people to look after this kind of customer care issues.

I had an outstanding experience at NRE Electronics, and I want to specifically commend Athul Kiran for their exceptional service. Great customer service, friendly staff, and a wide range of quality Products.
