Let’s talk about the pros and cons about my experience;

(Disclaimer: my Experience is not long enough as they were quick on processing things anyways :)-)

Pros with Cons-

-so , i had to contact the service centre as for issuing a problem to be fixed of my TV.

Let’s go a bit back before me contacting the centre itself , before two days (21/10/22) I emailed them about the issue and tbh they kinda didn’t respond much as I thought, then my uncle told to contact them through phone ( I was shy for some reason) but anyways, I did call a guy from Karnataka.

We discussed about the issue and it took tbh like 12-14mins. ( iT wAS VERY QuICk)
The guy on the phone was very responsive and he asked a bit of details like;

-Name
-Details of the product (like the model.no and the name)
-then suddenly he told my details as I was registered customer of Samsung (details as of address ,etc)

After that the guy on phone told me to wait for 1-2 mins as he had to process the issuing of the technician to come and check the TV…

I would say he took less than a min and he was so kind as he apologised for making me wait … finally after the conversation I received a message about the assurance of the technician’s coming tomorrow.

Now the next day, after probably 9:30am.
A guy from the centre told that the technician is on the way and he will contact you shortly…

As after 15mins,the technician called me and came after 5mins

The technician was very quick to find the issue as he was the guy who also repaird the TV as the same issue was issued earlier…

Things were quick and now am hopefully waiting for the part to be reached and fixed by a week ( as the technician said)

Now finally ; the issue was on the main board of the TV…

The service center was tidy and the service was professional. Reduced one star for the location which is difficult to reach.

It's authorized samsung service center for Mobiles located at thazhepalam jn nxt to malabar jewelry & abv sbi atm..
Exactly situated straight opposite to Dr.hussain Dental clinic on 1st floor.
parking is hectic as it's located on bzy traffic highway..
Located towards tanur from thazepalam.
