They exchange new silver jewellery for old but they cheat you real bad by not giving real and reasonable value for old silver by giving some lame excuse for weight.. they give very less value for your old sterling silver 92.5 purity and they charge exhorbitantly for their new jewellery.. if they are cheating you their sales staff (2 men) behaviour changes to good cheerful friendly behaviour otherwise they behave like total strangers even if they know you are their regular customer. My last month experience with them was very bad .. they cheated me for my old heavy silver jewellery, which i found out later on.... they are frauds.. initially I did a big mistake by becoming their regular customer.. i swear i will never go back????

Amazing collection of silver jewelry at a reasonable price.I had a wonderful shopping experience. They don't provide a parking space and it's difficult to get a parking spot near the area.

They need to improve their customer service as I had to wait a week to get an anklet in custom size when they promised that I could get it in one day.
