I recently joined Big n Fit Gym, and it has been an excellent experience. The staff at the gym are friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. The trainers are truly outstanding. They are experienced and provide personalised programmes. They are also very responsive to any questions or concerns that I have had. In addition, the gym's equipment is top-notch. Everything is well maintained and up-to-date. The variety of equipment available is exceptional, and there is something to suit everyone’s needs. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my experience at the gym. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good gym with an excellent trainer.

Joined the gym in the month of October and I can really see the changes that weight training brings to my physique. Mr. Nabeel and Mrs. Shefali are wonderful people and very knowledgeable fitness trainers. In fact, it's a source of motivation for me and the other members to watch them go through their workout sessions. Highly recommend this gym to anyone who would like to improve their physique and at the same time enjoy their workout sessions.
Like the saying on the gym wall : No Excuses.
