Good gym for beginners and very budget friendly. The equipment is mainly cast iron and not much of variety but doesn't matter if you're trying to just begun working out or like to use free weights mostly. The gym owner is helpful. One thing lacking is the ventilation as it gets too hot in the gym and the air doesn't circulate as much as it should.

A gym with a wide range of basic strength training material, made mostly of cast iron. Other than floor exercises, not many mavhine options for cardio, which is OK for me as I anyway prefer doing cardio outdoors. The owner of the gym is a very helpful trainer. The monthly fee is very less compared to other gyms in the vazhuthacaud area. The gym is open on all days morning and evening, except Sundays.

It is really a nice gym to work out. The monthly charge is cheap when compared to other gyms. Most of the multi machinery are there. Coach is also available for those who want.
