I have been practicing yoga at Vivekananda Yoga Global Thiruvananthapuram for more than a year. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with lower back pain; I began practicing yoga to strengthen my back muscles. However, the benefits I have gained have far exceeded my expectation. Not only my back muscles but my overall strength, flexibility, and inner self/spirituality have all improved. This place is transformational. Nithin and the other instructors are very knowledgeable and encouraging. Instructors are very detailed and have a great "eye" for helping you meet your goal. They pay close attention and show how each body behaves differently and how to adjust your body accordingly. After I finish a class, I feel very energetic and empowered. I always love going to class????

Calling Deepika the best yoga instructor is an understatement. I joined VYG in 2021 and since then Deepika has not only taught me yoga but also valuable life lessons like being patient yet driven, persistent yet satisfied and most importantly being consistent with my practice. I joined because of my ACL injury but I stayed because of the fabulous yoga sessions and the wonderful ambience of this place. I’d recommend VYG to everyone who’s in search of a good yoga class because it doesn’t get better than this :)

A great place to practice Yoga with adequate explanation of the asanas and the benefits by the instructor. Their meditation sessions are quite relaxing and rejuvenating and prepares us for a positive outlook and contentment. They also have integrated therapy sessions at their place enabling customers with medical ailment to perform yoga suitable to their condition. Their staffs are also very welcoming and helpful.
