Utterly disastrous. We bought a large abstract skybag trolley from here 3 months back. The zipper inside broke the very next day. Since we had to travel we took it anyways with us. 3 weeks back when I came I dropped the luggage for repair and they promised to give it back in a week. I stay more that 20km away and still showed up and they extended another week and once again. Even after 3 weeks, they didn't give it. And the attitude the store guy had was unbelievable. Oh My God. What kind of stupid service it was.

This is an authorized outlet for VIP baggage products. Good place to select from the varieties of VIP products on display. Good customers care by sales staff. Neatly arranged display. Located on the first floor of the mall.
