My 12000 rupee worth lens got scratched within 2 weeks and they have a fraud warranty policy which they will reject even after complaining to the Titan eye customer grievance.
Now I have 12000 rupee wasted for a pair of glasses.
They provide cheap low quality lenses for extremely jacked up prices. This is pure cheating of customers.
Most of the positive reviews here seem fake and paid reviews.
Extremely rude staff especially the main manager who is a guy. He shouted at me when asked for the replacement policy.
The ladies there aren't helpful in selecting anything. When you fix on an expensive lens or frame they will talk sweet to you and then when you approach them for any issues they will be totally rude to you.
They do not respond to any customer complaints and will ask you to do whatever you like or complain to whoever you like.
The owner should probably fire these useless staff.
Totally avoid this store at all costs or you will be cheated out of your hard earned money.

Best eyewear buying experience. Amazing staff welcoming with great customer friendly attitude. Ms. Pushpa helped me as always with explanation of the choices which makes the selection process seamless and comfortable. Store carries good selection of frames and overall the best eyewear buying experience including fast delivery of the orders. Will be back again for my future eyewear needs.
