I have been dealing with various government offices in & around Trivandrum for the last one year. Today's was the best till date. The task was completed in half a day, as every official involved gave clear instructions on what to do and the next steps. I even got a receipt by SMS for the fees paid.

Giving one star because there is no option for zero star. The employees in this office are very very rude to public. They talk as if its on their mercy that we get things done . I visited the office for my certificates. They were very rude and always talked with raised voice. whenever we ask them something, says i dnt know or the person is not here or they are not sure. They dont have anything else to say other than this. My mother who could not come with me to the taluk office, wanted to talk to them on phone to make some clarifications regarding my fathers documents and other details but they refused . Not just that, they shouted at me and made fun of me by telling " oh now mother will make recommendations for daughter?" . If they wanted any extra supporting documents i was ryt there in front of them. They cud hav conveyed it in a polite way. But they all talk to us as if we are there to beg. Since they refused to hear about the documents of my father from my mother through phone, i had to tell my personal matters in front of a group of strangers which made me emotional and cudnt control my tears. They asks and tells everthing so loudly that everyone standing there can hear. I cried standing in front of those people. Very very disappointed and sad that such people are kept in depts like this .
