WORST CORPORATION OFFICE IN THE WORLD

IMMATURE MANAGEMENT, LACK OF SOP WORST IN PUBLIC SERVICE

Most of the staff are negative. Counter staffs are not public friendly. Just to get a certificate more than a month they took multiple times I visited . Seems like they never value people's time .

Their death, birth marriage certificate registration department is most worst in world . If any possibility never try to register in tvm corporation they will take their own time immature management and lack of administration we can see every place .

If we approach them for a certificate related department for any sort of service they will try to complicate us or they will try to make us feel like the process of getting a certificate or certificate correction is very complex . They will ask for more unwanted requirements It's their trick to take us away from our need .its their trick so they can sit free with out work.

Panchayat offices are far better than TVM corporation. This staff should learn from panchayat office staffs they are more public oriented.

The funniest thing is we have to pay to pee even on their dirty toilet. We will fall sick if we use the toilet

Securities are only to force the public to park their car's new multi-level parking system which is not even streamlined. Security staff are like slaves of corporation officials and working for officials vehicle movements. not for the public .

We can see bad administration and a lack of SOP in every place of this office. A time-killing bad government office ruled by IMMATURE POLITICIANS AND OFFICIALS

Took marriage certificate application online through akshaya center and went to submit there as directed by akshaya center person. however from this office we were told to go to a zonal office since the marriage took place in different "zone" in Trivandrum. The akshaya center person who fillled the online form had no clue about this zonal issues. Two days already wasted..more to go!

It's a very nice experience if you have a good and supporting counselor otherwise it's going to be a terrible experience. In my case I had a very nice counselor so I had my problems resolved much faster than expected. Very happy with this place. The parking space may not be available always for four wheeler, but two wheeler parking is a lot easier to access. Very spacious and quiet environment. It was a nice experience coming to this place
