It has been many years since i became a student of ashwathy. I am very much grateful for being ashwathy's student ???? .I am a person with severe back pain and she taught me certain asanas for back pain relief. No words to describe Ashwathys dedication for making people's lives better????. Thank you ashwathy. Highly recommendable yoga teacher.

The classes at Prana Yoga are relaxing and filled with a sense of tranquil positivity. Aswathy Ma'am is an amazing teacher, with such clear instructions and genuine love for her work. The little quotes and ideas of affirmations at the end of each session is an insightful bonus. The yoga practice in itself is such a soulful journey for one's self and body, and the proper guidance just makes it better!

I had always been very hesitant to consider learning Yoga mainly because of my physical condition, but when I was given an option of joining online sessions, I gave it a try and I feel this has been one of the most correct decisions I have taken regarding my health.
My mind has become more relaxed & I am able to handle stress better now. My shoulder and neck pains have also become better.
Aswathy teacher is never a pushing type. She knows and understands each one of our strengths and weaknesses and guides us at the right time when to take our next step in any Aasanas. This is also because her sessions have limited students, such that she monitors each and every student. The sessions give equal importance to physical and mental health, so everyone is equally benefitted.
We have a choice of joining either morning session or evening sessions. The daily sessions are not monotonous since every day we have a different set of poses. This keeps our interest growing and Yoga does not become tiring or boring. All in a line, choose Yoga, choose Prana Yoga, choose the healthy way to life.
