Service was good - puntual
But ensure u fix rate & travel
We travelled from trivandrum rly station to Ar camp & back, the guy who lifted the phone said 600/- but the the taxi driver charged 1150/- and later reduced to 1000/- which is not a fare business practice. SO BE CAREFUL IN THIS REGARD & GET A DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE IN WHATSAPP OR MSG THAT THE CHARGES ARE!

Called for railway station pick up but they didn't offer the service. But they recommend prepaid auto and that help was appreciated but we wanted a car.

Don't trust this fraud company, they are big lier.
We had booked their service as agreed between us. But when we took the service they asked for more money and behaved in a completely unprofessional way. Being a tourist you then don't have any choice then giving more money than what is being agreed. When we tried to show them the mail communication then they started saying that this is committed by one of colleagues and he is not present here as of now. Completely unprofessional service provider.
Don't trust their communication.
