So will say this upfront, the location is absolutely great.all places to visit are very close and there are decent f&b options around. The rooms , will have to say needed a bit more maintenance. There were cobweb and the place had a lot of dust, which with it's close proximity to the main road is expected, but a cleaning prior to guest arriving would help the cause. One bathroom's heater was not working which added to the woes. But assuming you need a overnight stay without staying away from the city centre, would recommend.

Tagore holiday Tagore Villa is an excellent place for family stay, in heart of Trivandrum.
Location of the villa at the heart of the city makes it fabulously convenient. Contacting the available Hindi speaking person is very pitty fellow but good for nothing & there is no provision for him to contact in case of emergency or urgent floors are never cleaned very sandy if we walk in bare foot. Floor cleaning and should be smooth to walk in bear foot. Water is very very slow & it takes20 minutes to get filled in bucket of20 litres capacity.
