The domestic airport in Trivandrum is a small terminal which operates a few domestic flights. The process is quick due to the lesser crowd and you can be at the boarding gate within 5 minutes of reaching the airport.
There are a few shops and a lounge. There is enough seating available and being less crowded it's one of the more comfortable airports.

The T1 Domestic Terminal is very neat and clean. There are mobile charging point near to entrance and waiting area as well. Washrooms are well maintained. Food, drinks, toys and clothing stalls are available near to waiting/ boarding gate area.

This was firstly an international airport terminal and now being used for domestic flights as new T2 terminal is open for international operation.
I used the T1 domestic airport in September 2022, and surprisingly it was super clean and well maintained. Appreciate the team and adani management. Only difficulty was pickup of passengers parking, the staff outside was very rude and was not even allowing to park the car for few minutes.
