Worst Customer service i faced here many times. Today (11Nov2022 10.30am) i went there and purchased some fruits. They had telling final price 3 times like 90,86,91rs. Finally i asked a Cover to carry. she provided a small cover But my papaya doesn't carry in that small cover. So i asked polietly A normal sized cover or newspaper to cover that . She tells 'Ila' with a worst reaction and start to do next bill. So i can't take my papaya. I lost some amount that no problem.

A grocery store at Kalady opposite to School, with all items needed for Household purpose ,Car Parking will be a issue here since it is in Main Road

Good customer service. The sales girls are always ready to attend to the customers needs which makes this shop different from the other ones. Giving 5 stars for the good customer service ????
