Spot On 79508 New View Hotel Inn, Kumarapuram. Room is spacious, not actually a double room but an apartment. Before reviewing this property, I will share my experience how I ended up here. My Oyo booking was for SPOT ON 75237 The New View Hotel, near Union Bank of india, Kumarapuram. The booking was for 24-26 Dec 2021 for two pax. I had already made the full payment of ₹1,404 through the Oyo app. Navigating to this property was a hassle as the location is not accurate as per the map, moreover when i called the property, the person who answered the phone gave incorrect directions. After one or two more calls, i located the property. The room shown to me was nothing like the pictures in the Oyo app, moreover it was super congested, with a super tiny bathroom. A normal person will feel like suffocation just by taking a look at the room. I politely asked the person to allot me a bigger room, if possible. His answer was "No" as I had booked through Oyo for a cheaper tarrif while all the other rooms are expensive. After a brief convincing, he said they got another property with spacious rooms but we have to pay extra. This "another" property is Spot On 79508 New View Hotel Inn, Kumarapuram, walkable distance from SPOT ON 75237 The New View Hotel, Kumarapuram. I paid extra & shifted to this apartment kind of accommodation & got a spacious room, however there was no mirror & the bathroom was not clean. The reception is not manned. After checking in, the persons went back to the other property. I tried their phone for towels, however they were reluctant to answer the phone. After a few attempt, he answered the phone and I asked him to keep the towels ready, then i walked to their other property & collected it. 4 ???????????????? for Spot On 79508 New View Hotel Inn, Kumarapuram - as the room is spacious. 1 star less for lack of mirror, unclean bathroom and poor customer service. Myself and my friends booked room for 1 night in this hotel and when we reached the hotel, their staff restricted our entry stating that they cannot accommodate bachelors for that specific date.
They didn't gave any prior information from the website as well as their oyo profiles didn't mention anything.
They also have very poor customer service and the location of this hotel is not any tourism friendly.
They weren't ready to refund our booking amount and they stated to call and ask a query in OYO to get our refund.
If you are bachelors / family please donot book any room in this hotel if you are attracted by their cheap prices. The customer service and negligence are at peaks.

First thing, the location and address they provided in the site is not proper.
Second, they have not provided any phone number of their own so that we can contact them directly.
Third,when after booking I reached to a nearby "spot on " lodge and from there I called to the said numbered "spot on"lodge the person on other side of the phone where saying that, "there has been some error and you have to pay 600 rupees more than the booked amount" (I booked through booking.com site)even I saw my booking on the screen of the system at reception of the "spot on lodge" where I was, still the guy on the phone where not agreeing....
I can say that I can give a negative review star if it where available.
