Never ever buy anything from Door & Decors (Ulloor-Pongamoodu road). They will show some thing and delivered some other piece. I was behind the shop owner for delivering a set of sofa (Since I have paid advance amount).They wont even take my phone calls. I have to go to the shop for follow up each time and I saw people in the shop is not picking my phone when I do a surprise visit to the shop . I have asked him to return the the sofa and refund the amount. I am so disappointed that I have paid 25 K for a sofa which showed as a high quality one but delivered as lower quality. I will share the phots below and you can decide you need to buy form here or not?

I have had a bad experience with Doors and decors owner ali k rahim. He promised us with high quality product and he delivered poor quality wood items. After the incident only we came to know about the reviews given here and shockingly same incident happened to us also. We have lost 1lakh 50thousand rupees. Currently we have submitted a complaint at medical college police station and we are legally moving forward.Dont fall for his sweet promises like we did..this shop is highly not recommended.

Ordered a L section sofa for our new house based on our color theme (few weeks before our house warming ceremony in 2019) and they had agreed to deliver on the prior day of ceremony. But just 2 days before house warming, they have called and told us that they don't have the selected color combination :( Not sure what they were doing until the last moment. Later we had to go with their own choice of colors instead of our choice since we don't have much time and other choices.
After few days we noticed that the alignment was not correct and few minor adjustments to be made on the sofa set. Every time we call them, they agreed to send someone to fix on the same day or the next day, but no one came. Even after repeated follow ups over chats or calls and even after reminding them by going to their shop, they had promised to send someone soon but nobody turned up. I felt its an irresponsible behavior in service and their promises remains until they sell the product. Even if the collections are good, if the services or expectations with the clients are not met, then I wont prefer to go to that shop anymore or refer them to my friends and family.
