I have stayed at Rema Sailam for two weeks. This is a cosy and comfortable place. Location is very good - close to busy street with shops and restaurants, but far enough from the bigger street to enjoy the quiet ambience of Kerala.
Two air-conditioned bedrooms are comfortable, kitchen equipped with all necessary things.
Garden is charming - good place for breakfasts and work.
Caretaker works every day to maintain the garden in a perfect shape - very friendly and helpful person! Thank you!

Loved the place :) The owners are hospitable and the place was absolutely peaceful and calm. The outsides are relaxing, covered in lush greenery which here in Trivandrum, it’s rare to find a beautiful place like this. The rooms are cosy and really clean. The housekeeper was really welcoming and looked after us really well. It has all the amenities one would need. Shops are just a few meters away, stocked with everything one would need.

I would be visiting here again very soon. Thank you so much :) ????????

We are a regular travellers to Trivandrum and would rate REMASAILAM as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and dozens of restaurants and cafes . Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful Homestay
