On 29/05/2023, at about 12.30 pm I went to this centre with a UPC for porting one of my mobile SIMs to Jio Sim. I, an old man of 72 years was asked to wait there for about one and a half hours on the plea that a new UPC is required. In the meantime my AADHAR was scanned twice
, I was photographed twice and my finger print identification was also done twice. In spite of repeated requests for UPC made through my phone by the member of staff there the reply received was that the UPC already sent was valid. Yet the member of staff there refused to comply with my request for porting the SIM for dubious reasons.

Very good staff. I could see them helping out older customers and giving them their numbers in case they have doubts. The place was understaffed in my opinion though. I might have come at a busy time but it took me almost half an hour to get my jio WiFi device due to the wait for customers who wanted to activate some cards.

Three guys sitting at the store and only one attending a customer. The other two don't even bother to acknowledge your presence in the store. One dashes out to chit chat in his mobile and the first one follows suit. Absolutely pathetic.
